Live with Joy
We’re not just here to pass the time,
like drifting leaves or silent rain.
We’re born to bloom, to burn, to build—
to chase the joy, to bear the strain.
The sun does not ask for permission
to blaze across the morning skies;
nor should we wait for some great moment—
the fire lives where daring lies.
Let’s rise like wheat in fields unmeasured,
bend not from fear, but from the wind—
and take the chance to work with wonder,
to live with joy, to lose, and win.

Opening Minds, One Page at a Time: Highlights from Our Virtual Book Recommendation Event
Books have an incredible power — they spark imagination, inspire innovation, and offer perspectives that shape how we see the world. Whether diving into the depths of a gripping novel or absorbing insights from a self-help title, reading fuels both personal and professional growth.
To celebrate that power, we recently hosted a virtual book recommendation event on the occasion of National Book Lover’s Day that’s celebrated on August 9th . We took this opportunity to bring our team together to share the stories and authors that have left a mark on them. From timeless classics to hidden gems, the event highlighted the diverse literary tastes within our company and reminded us all of the joy and value of reading.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who participated and contributed. Your recommendations, enthusiasm, and reflections made the event truly meaningful and added more than a few titles to everyone’s to-read list! 😀

Interview with the Stars......
“Freedom to Explore & Grow” – Dharmesh Barot on His WisdmLabs Journey
At WisdmLabs, every success story is built on curiosity, consistency, and collaboration. Dharmesh Barot, who has been a SOTQ (Star of the Quarter) winner, his journey reflects all of these values. From navigating challenging client projects to experimenting with productivity tools, Dharmesh has shown a rare balance of persistence at work and curiosity outside of it. Starting his journey at Wisdm as a fresher, he has grown into a dependable Product Executive who thrives on problem-solving, clear communication, and teamwork.
Whether it’s assisting clients with functional and technical issues, bringing partners together for collaborative initiatives, or guiding freshers with his own learnings from remote work, Dharmesh exemplifies how steady growth and small, consistent efforts can lead to big impact.
Let’s dive into his story
Dharmesh, you started off at WisdmLabs as an intern. Tell us what the journey has been like. How have your responsibilities changed over time?
Dharmesh: When I first joined Wisdm, I was still learning the ropes and trying to understand how things worked in the real world. Over time, my role evolved a lot—I moved from being a learner to someone who could take ownership of projects. One of the most challenging yet rewarding experiences was launching a collaboration project with partners from the same community.
It wasn’t easy—most partners were hesitant at first because of competitive concerns, and every organization had different priorities, which caused delays. But that challenge became my biggest learning curve. I created compelling collateral to highlight the mutual benefits, followed up consistently to build trust, and communicated clearly about how this initiative would be a win-win for everyone. Step by step, things started moving, and seeing partners come on board was a proud moment.
That sounds like quite a journey. What do you find most unique about working in the software field, and what’s the biggest reward in your role right now?
Dharmesh: The thing I love about this field is its dynamic nature—it’s always evolving. You’re never stuck doing the same thing, and there’s always a new challenge or opportunity waiting. In my role specifically, the most rewarding part is assisting clients with both functional and technical issues. When they share positive feedback or simply express relief and satisfaction, it feels like validation of the effort I’ve put in. That sense of impact makes the work meaningful.
Outside of Wisdm, who is Dharmesh? How do you usually spend your free time?
Dharmesh: I’m a big movie buff—courtroom dramas and trending web series are my go-to. Music is another constant for me; it’s like therapy and helps me recharge after a long day. I also enjoy exploring new digital tools and productivity trends. Sometimes those explorations even spill back into my work and help me grow professionally.
If you could go back to the time when you just joined Wisdm, what’s the one piece of advice you’d give yourself?
Dharmesh: I’d tell myself: Don’t be afraid to ask questions. Even if they feel silly at the moment, clearing your doubts early makes a huge difference—especially in a remote setup. It keeps you aligned with your team and saves time in the long run.
Interesting! If you were given an opportunity to work with another team at Wisdm, which one would you pick, and why?
Dharmesh: I’d choose the Sales team. I’ve spent a big part of my career in sales and marketing, and I really enjoy the fast-paced, results-driven environment. It’s a space where I can contribute immediately with my past experience, while also continuing to grow.
You’ve been working remotely for a while now. What are your top three golden rules for freshers working remotely?
Dharmesh: First, over-communicate rather than under-communicate. Share progress, blockers, and findings regularly—it keeps everyone aligned. Second, set up a small, dedicated workspace with a proper chair. It mentally transitions you into “work mode.” And third, always have a backup plan—like mobile data for internet and a fully charged laptop. That way, even if there’s a power cut, your work won’t come to a halt.

“Learn, Build, Mentor” – Rameshwar’s Journey at WisdmLabs
Rameshwar joined WisdmLabs nearly three years ago, eager to explore the world of WordPress themes and Elementor-based page building. Today, he stands as a Frontend Developer in the BizBlaze (Services) team—leading client projects end-to-end while mentoring others along the way.
Let’s take a closer look at his journey, learnings, and passions that drive him both at work and outside of it.
Rameshwar you joined Wisdm as a Junior and now, you’ve progressed to being a Frontend Developer. What’s your journey and evolution been like?
Rameshwar: When I joined WisdmLabs as a Junior Developer nearly three years ago, I was eager to master the fundamentals of WordPress themes and Elementor-based page building. Initially, I worked on resolving minor bugs and styling tasks under close mentorship. Over time, I started owning larger modules—first by building custom Elementor widgets, then by designing and optimizing full-page layouts.
Today, as part of the BizBlaze team, I scope projects, handle UI/UX design, interact with clients, and lead end-to-end delivery of high-impact websites. It’s been a journey of steady learning and taking more ownership at every step.
What have been your biggest learnings so far at Wisdm? How have you grown as a developer?
Rameshwar: My biggest learning has been balancing speed with sustainability. I now focus on building reusable templates and clean structures while ensuring quick delivery. I’ve also learned to think from a UI/UX lens—building designs that are modern, accessible, and intuitive. AI design tools have helped me prototype faster, while A/B testing and client feedback sharpened my attention to detail. Communication, I’d say, has been just as important as coding.
What is the most unique thing you like about the software field? And in your role, what’s the biggest reward?
Rameshwar: The software field never stands still—there’s always a new tool, framework, or method to explore. In my role, the biggest reward is twofold: seeing a prototype quickly evolve into a polished, live website and, most importantly, hearing positive feedback from clients who are genuinely delighted with the experience. That’s the moment you know your work is making a difference.
What do you think separates a good developer from a great one?
Rameshwar: A good developer gets the job done. A great developer thinks ahead, designs scalable solutions, mentors others, and sets higher standards for the whole team. Greatness, in my view, isn’t about the code you write today but the impact your work creates in the long run.
Not many people know the non-WisdmLabs side of Rameshwar. What’s he like when he’s not at WisdmLabs?
Rameshwar: Outside of work, I’m a trekker at heart. I love planning mountain hikes every few months—it keeps me grounded and energized. I also enjoy cooking, especially experimenting with regional Indian recipes. Both hobbies help me stay creative and bring fresh energy to my work.
If you could go back to when you just joined Wisdm, what’s the one piece of advice you’d give yourself?
Rameshwar: I’d say—take ownership and manage your time well. Don’t hesitate to ask for feedback, because your peers and mentors will always be your biggest accelerators. And most importantly, keep investing in learning every single day.
Who are your role models, and how have they influenced you?
Rameshwar: Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam has been my biggest inspiration. His humility, dedication to learning, and vision for national progress inspire me to stay grounded while striving to create meaningful impact through technology and teamwork.
What’s your prediction for the future of technology and design?
Rameshwar: I think headless CMS combined with AI-powered personalization will become the standard. Websites will dynamically adapt in real-time based on user behavior, delivering unique, personalized experiences at scale.
You’ve been working remotely for a while now. What are your golden rules for freshers?
Rameshwar:
- Over-communicate—share updates daily.
- Block focus time—dedicated, distraction-free slots make all the difference.
- Create a proper workspace—it sets the right mindset and boosts productivity.
Which tools help you stay productive while working remotely?
Rameshwar: I use Clockify to track time, Todoist for task management, and Google Calendar to stay in sync with my team.
How do you ensure work-life balance when working from home?
Rameshwar: I follow a simple ritual—shut the laptop, take a short walk, and then switch to something refreshing like learning or family time. Creating that mental boundary helps me give my best both at work and outside of it.
