Nexus 2024

As a remote team, we get very little opportunity to meet our teammates in person. Hence events like Nexus become all the more important.

Nexus is an opportunity to not only meet people from your immediate team, it’s to meet people who you wouldn’t have an opportunity to interact with otherwise.

It’s a time to make friends and to make new people feel welcome and well connected with others in the company. If it wasn’t for these informal events we wouldn’t know half the people in the company. Here are some glimpses from our meetup.

We also had many memorable performances at Nexus. There were moments of laughter, of emotion, and appreciation. Dancing and singing won our hearts. Take a look at some pics.

Some team members stayed back

After Nexus, Harshit from team Emera was invited to stay over and he spent some wonderful time with Rohan and his family. It is to be noted that Rohan has hosted teammates in the past, and he’s always willing to do so. 😀

Exploring Rajasthan...

Shruti Jadhav, Technical Leader from team Phoenix (Services) went on a trip to Rajasthan last month. Here are some pics from here vacation. Surely you can ping her for travel tips, and of course, Ishwar or Ajin who live there! 😀

Living Remote... taking advantage of remote work

Working from a different country

We have some consultants who work from different parts of the world, and now we have employees too! Does that mean we’re now a global company! Well, you could say so.

Shreya, from New Initiatives team, has moved to a different country and while we await more pics, she’s shared a few with us…

Enjoying a workation

The advantage of working from anywhere is that you can go and live somewhere else and work from there. We’ve had teams who went together on a workation, some who went to other states to live, explore and work for a while.

And this month we have Namrata, sharing her pics from a village in Konkan..Â
